Our Story
Since 2013, we’ve been making biscuits and redefining the basic breakfast biscuit. We’re dedicated to bringing the community of Western North Carolina and its visitors great breakfast food in a traditional southern atmosphere. We make our biscuits fresh everyday and make all of our jams and breads in house.
We partner with other small businesses for our materials.
In house, we sell and use materials from other small businesses. Wether it be a chai latte from AppalaChai! or a fresh cup of coffee from Dynamite Roasting Company, we try to source our products from other small business owners and farms. We’ve even out-sourced our kitchen to up and coming small business ventures.
